We just got this message from Scott at Invader Wheels:
It took me 28 Hours to weld this sucker and the plater, Ken at Norbrook Plating a ton of hours to figure out the hell to chrome it.
We never thought we could get it to chrome with the offset spokes and the geometry. but we did. In the sun, the reflections are fantastic.
Man, Scotty is a friggin' ruler! he has been building these wheels as long as most of us have been old enogh to even ride a bike! look for a set of Scott's hand-built Invaders soon for the 40th anniversary bike.
