Exhaust Baffles

Quiet and Flexible Exhaust baffles!
Powerbraidz now makes a flexible exhaust baffle that fits into curved or radius pipes.

Manufactured out of 304 stainless, they quiet a bike 10 to 15 db while increasing horsepower and torque. These thing are a great solution for fabricated or homemade pipes.

    Hi there,
    I’m building a 1/3 scale Bucker Jungmeister (model plane) and need a extension for the muffler
    I was thinking about a flexible (bendable)ripple pipe. Please can you give me a hint where to buy this item. Thank you for your cooperation,

    i have ground pounder exhaust, and was wondering if these flexible exhausts would adapt to these pipes. my inside dimension is 2 1/8″. i need to quiet them down some.

    I just have to say once again…this baffle is GREAT! I have had my new Paul Yaffe Phantom pipes on for a couple weeks now and they are just loud enough…and just quiet enough! If you have curved pipes and have a hard time finding baffles for them, this is your answer! Thanks, Powerbraidz!

    Have to agree with zenwarrior, I contacted the Powerbraidz people several weeks ago via email and got a very fast and informative (helpful) reply. Will order a set soon and repost with comments.

    I called Powerbraidz about making me a e 3inch baffle and spoke to the owner personally. He was easy to work with and gave me a very reasonable price considering this is a special order. I gave him the specs for what I wanted and he said he would get right on it! I was really surprised when he called THE NEXT DAY and said it was ready! I paid through Pay Pal and received the baffle a couple days later. I am more than happy with the product! Sounds great!
    I like the way I can adjust it by closing or opening the center of the braid. We have to have baffles in our area or get a ticket. I have the Yaffe
    Phantom pipe and was wondering how the heck I would baffle it…then I saw the Powerbraidz. Great product! Great people to deal with! I recommend them!

    Baffle braid does make a 3″ baffle and just sold one to Zen warrior. Jazzpus, if you want something ask, but don’t suggest how someone should run their bussiness. Saying things like *** jerk, and prick are big words over the web, bet you wont say them face to face. We try to help and make everyone happy, but sometimes you have people like this so we tell them to get lost.

    Yeah, Looks like a great idea, but don’t suggest to them that they make something for a 3 inch or anything else. I emailed (since they have no web site)

    this is cut and paste of what I asked:

    “Do you happen to have sound clips (youtube perhaps) on these? Or alternatively, do you have wave (or SPL meter) stuff like before and after?

    If you don’t.. it might be a good thing to collect. Any dealers on these yet or you just going direct?”

    I don’t know about y’all…. but I prefer not to deal with jerks… I don’t care how good his stuff is… it aint the only fish in the water.

    a great idea! I wonder if they can make one for a three inch collector.
